Temporary practice closure

We are disappointed to announce that our Axe Valley Vets branch in Blackford will temporarily close for refurbishment on Monday 19th October 2026 . We will be back in touch with a date for reopening.

However, the teams at Axe Valley Vets Cheddar, Wells, Woolavington, Weston and Winscombe would love to welcome you and your pet(s) in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Online payment facility will continue

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our Cheddar, Wells, Woolavington, Weston and Winscombe branches meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
