Change to out of hours provider

Up until now, Vets Now - Staines has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, Veteris. This service has specially trained vets and nurses who are on-site all night.

Veteris will look after the out-of-hours service between 5:30pm – 8:30am Monday to Friday and throughout the whole weekend whilst we are closed.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our practice, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care.
