We are excited to announce that our Rae Bean practice is undergoing a makeover!

Due to this, the practice will be temporarily closed from 8th July 2026.

We will update this message with a reopening date when this is confirmed.

However, the team would love to welcome you and your pet(s) to visit them at their temporary location at Westwood Vets, Westwood House, 106 High Street, Boston Spa, LS23 6DR in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support.

They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

What's the difference between Essential and Plus plans?

Essential covers key routine treatments like vaccinations, six monthly health checks, and parasite protection. Plus includes everything in Essential, along with unlimited vet consultations, 24/7 access to an online vet, and even bigger discounts. Our Essential plan for cats now also includes 24/7 online vet access via PawSquad.

Is Pet Health Club different from insurance?

Yes. Pet Health Club is not pet insurance. Our plans focus on proactive, preventative care, covering routine treatments like vaccinations, parasite protection, and health checks to help keep your pet healthy. Pet insurance, on the other hand, helps cover the cost of unexpected illness or injury.

How do I use my benefits?

Simply book an appointment with your local Pet Health Club practice. Your plan benefits are there whenever your pet needs care.

Can I use my health plan at any vet?

No, Pet Health Club plans are used at the practice where you signed up. If you're thinking about changing practices, our network includes more than 850 Pet Health Club practices nationwide, so you're never far from expert care.

Is there a joining fee?

No, there's no joining fee when you join Pet Health Club. It's one simple monthly payment, and that's it. No hidden costs, no surprises.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Pet Health Club is an annual 12-month plan which renews automatically each year. If your circumstances change and you don't want your plan to renew, you can simply let us know before your renewal date. Don't worry, we'll always send you a reminder ahead of renewal.
