Change to out of hours provider

Up until now, Vets Now - Staines has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, Veteris. This service has specially trained vets and nurses who are on-site all night.

Veteris will look after the out-of-hours service between 5:30pm – 8:30am Monday to Friday and throughout the whole weekend whilst we are closed.

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our practice, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. Our practice is now welcoming new pets.

From the 21 September, all new pets registering with us can book their first veterinary consultation and pay just £29*.

If you’re concerned about your pet's health, our team is here to help. Register with our practice and book an appointment, and we can assess your pet and advise on the next steps.

You can register and book online, or call us directly and we'll help get your pet registered and booked in.

Due to the preparation work often required, this initial consultation may not be suitable for clients looking for a second opinion. If you are looking for a second opinion, please contact us directly and speak to a member of our team, who can advise on your specific requirements.

Terms and conditions

*First consult offer price of £29 is available at participating practices from 21 September 2026.

Available to new pets registering at a participating practice for the first time or current registered pets not seen by a vet for two or more years. Farm, equine and exotic animals are excluded from the offer. Follow-on treatment, further consultations, emergency, specialist, referral, and out-of-hours consultations are not included in the offer. To take up the offer, appointments must be booked with the participating practice within 3 months of registration. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice. 

All services are provided in accordance with the Terms of Sale for Veterinary Services. We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
