Change to out of hours provider

Up until now, Vets Now - Staines has always provided our out-of-hours service.

We are now able to pass the overnight on-call service to our partners, Veteris. This service has specially trained vets and nurses who are on-site all night.

Veteris will look after the out-of-hours service between:

Monday to Friday - 7:00pm – 8:30am
Friday to Saturday - 6:00pm - 8:30am
Saturday to Monday - 12:00pm - 8:30am (we are CLOSED on a Sunday).

Our systems and services will continue to be available at our practices, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. This also means your data would continue to be processed by us and our third-party providers to ensure we continue to provide veterinary care. Our practice is now welcoming new pets.

From the 15 June until 26 September 2026, all new pets registered with us can book their first veterinary consultation and pay just £29*.

If you’re concerned about your pet's health, our team is here to help. Register with our practice and book an appointment so we can assess your pet and advise on the next steps.

Terms and conditions

*First consult offer price of £29 is available at participating practices from 15 June to 26 September 2026.

 Available for all new pets registering at a participating practice for the first time, or current registered pets not seen by a vet for two or more years. To take up the offer, appointments must be booked and attended by 26 September 2026. Follow-on treatment or further consultations not included in the offer.
